About the state Keno licence

Keno licences have been issued to:

This is in line with sections 6A.3.8 and 6A.3.10 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (the Act).

Each licence began on 15 April 2022 and operates for a 20-year period. On the 9 September 2025, Lottoland Australia Pty Ltd changed its corporate entity name to KenoGo Pty Ltd.

When providing Keno to people in Victoria, this applies to both:

  • Victorian
  • interstate Keno providers.

Standard for Keno systems in Victoria

From 2 June 2022, any changes to Keno systems have referred to the Keno Technical Standard:
