Bingo forms to be submitted

You will need to submit forms to become a declared community or charitable organisation for bingo.

Please log into the VGCCC portal to complete any of the following:

  • notification of intention to conduct bingo sessions
  • notification of intention to cease bingo sessions
  • notification of bingo prizes in excess of $20,000
  • notification of specified changes to bingo.

To submit an agreement for the conduct of bingo, please complete the form and submit it via the VGCCC portal:

*Note: For bingo sessions in the financial year ending 30 June, annual bingo returns must be lodged by 1 October every year.

Varying the bingo rules

The following persons can apply to vary the bingo rules for their specific needs:

  • a bingo centre operator
  • a community organisation, or
  • a charitable organisation.

You must apply to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) to do this. If the variations are approved, they apply to that organisation only and must follow any conditions.

To apply, complete the application for approval to vary bingo rules form and submit this via the VGCCC portal.
