Two-up is an Australian game of chance and considered gambling under Victorian law. It involves 2 coins being tossed in the air, with people betting on whether both coins will land on heads or tails.
Two-up can only be conducted in:
- Non-RSL Sub-Branches, including hotels and clubs, on ANZAC Day
- RSL Sub-Branches on ANZAC Day and in the 7 days leading up to it.
RSL Victoria must approve all Two-up games in Victoria, whether they are conducted at an RSL Sub-Branch or another approved venue.
Applications to host Two-up can be submitted to RSL Victoria.
For 2026, applications submitted after Friday 27 March 2026 will not be considered.
