On 5 March 2026, the Commission determined to grant an application under section 3.4.17(1)(b) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 by DG Hotel Pty Ltd to increase the number of electronic gaming machines permitted at the approved premises, Dorset Gardens Hotel, located at 335 Dorset Road, Croydon 3136 from 97 to 105.
The Commission determined to grant the application subject to the conditions set out at Appendix B of the decision and reasons for decision.
