We are independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. We undertake compliance activities to detect breaches, while also educating industry and the community about regulatory practices and requirements.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, members of the public have the right to request information and access documents about their personal affairs and our activities.
A freedom of information request needs to be made in writing to the agency that holds the documents being requested. Requests for documents in our possession should be addressed to: Freedom of Information Officer, Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, GPO Box 1988, Richmond, VIC 3121.
To lodge a freedom of information request, or for further information about how to make a request, please visit the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner website.
Once the request is received, the Freedom of Information Officer will process it in line with the Act.
