Complaints and tip-offs

Other related content

If you are concerned that someone may be doing the wrong thing, tell us about it.

There are two ways you can let us know if something doesn’t seem right in the gambling industry:

  • complaints
  • tip-offs

A complaint is a more formal process. We review all complaints we receive.

If you don’t wish to lodge a formal complaint, but still want to let us know, you can submit a tip-off.

We take all complaints and tip-offs seriously.

You don’t have to give us your details when making a complaint or a tip-off, but it helps us if we need to get more information from you. We can also let you know what happens with your complaint.

If you are not sure whether you should make a complaint or a tip-off, give us a call on 1300 599 759. You can also make complaints and tip-offs over the phone or by mail.
