Please visit Liquor Control Victoria’s website for liquor licensing, compliance, and regulatory information.
A red-line plan of your licensed premises needs to be submitted as part of the application process for a liquor licence.
When a liquor licence or BYO permit is granted, it is for a defined area where liquor can be supplied and/or consumed. This is shown by a red-line drawn on a plan of the premises. This plan needs to be submitted to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) as part of the application process and may be required upon request at any time. More information is available in the Plans of licensed premises fact sheet.
Licensees and permit holders can automatically easily access a copy of their venues premises approved red-line plan using the VGCCC Liquor Portal.
Alternatively, you can request a copy using the form below.
Please note that the VGCCC will only provide a red line plan to the licensee/permit holder or a party with written authority to act on their behalf.
