Bingo annual returns

Declared Community and Charitable Organisations (DCCOs) that conducted bingo between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025 must lodge an annual return with the VGCCC by 1 October 2025. As the end of financial year approaches please be aware of the information required to lodge your return by visiting the VGCCC website.

Changes to accessing annual return forms

Annual return forms will no longer be sent directly to DCCOs. From 1 July you will be able to download the annual return form from the website. Once the forms have been completed they must be submitted by email to contact@vgccc.vic.gov.au.

To support this transition, an email will be sent in early August with a link to the website form.

Please note hard copies of the forms will no longer be mailed.

Failure to submit an annual return by 1 October 2025, is a breach of the Legislation.

Bingo session nominee has changed

If your nominee has changed, please complete and submit the Notification of a New Bingo Nominee form on the bingo forms(opens in a new window) page.

No longer running bingo

If a DCCO no longer runs bingo, they must complete and submit the Notification of Intention to Cease Bingo Sessions form on the bingo forms(opens in a new window) page.

Still declared with the VGCCC

A DCCO must confirm the organisation’s status is up to date by visiting the List of Declared Community and Charitable Organisations.(opens in a new window) Declarations expire every 10 years.

A DCCO should contact us if they are not listed, or their declaration has expired.
