Reminder to roll listees and venue operators

The Gambling Regulation Act 2003 prohibits a person being both an associate of a person listed on the Roll of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Testers and an associate of the holder of a venue operator’s licence (sections 3.2A.2 and 3.2A.4).

This is a reminder to anyone listed on the Roll of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Testers and venue operators. The intent behind this prohibition is to ensure the highest standards of probity and integrity in the industry, and in the system of regulation, supervision and control of gaming equipment and monitoring equipment. Independence between a person listed on the Roll of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Testers and venue operators helps us to maintain integrity.
