Update: YourPlay outage 7 July 2026

There was a statewide outage of the YourPlay system this morning. The outage also affected the Intralot (IGS) call centre, which may have made it difficult to contact IGS to report or escalate issues during this period.

The VGCCC was made aware of the outage and remained in communication with IGS while they worked to investigate the issue and restore services.
IGS have notified us that that all EGMs are now back online and reconnected to the YourPlay system.

Please note that, due to the statewide nature of the outage, venues were allowed to continue operating their EGMs during the outage period, despite the temporary unavailability of YourPlay.
