Venue operators are advised that scheduled maintenance of the monitoring and pre-commitment systems will take place on Wednesday 6 August 2025, as communicated by Intralot Gaming Services (IGS).

Maintenance window:
11:00pm – 11:59pm

During this time, YourPlay services will be unavailable across the network.

Despite this temporary unavailability, you are permitted to continue operating your EGMs during the maintenance window.

Post-maintenance monitoring:
Please ensure you monitor the availability of YourPlay services on your EGMs after 11:59pm.
If YourPlay remains unavailable on all or some of your EGMs after this time, please contact IGS to discuss the issue.
