The Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) training platform will be unavailable from 4 to 8 December.
This is due to data migration and addition of enhanced features to the platform. During this period, you will not be able to update or complete training and access certificates.
The Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) hosted a training session on Tuesday 26 November covering the new features and changes to functionality. If you require further assistance with the new features or have questions, please visit the Responsible Service of Gaming training webpage or email rsgonlinehelp@justice.vic.gov.au or call the RSG training helpline 1300 300 635.
