It’s important that gaming venue staff are familiar with the industry’s regulatory requirements. The VGCCC produces education resources to support training and development of gaming venue staff to ensure gaming venues are always compliant with legal and social obligations. The resources help new and existing staff stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and gambling harm protections.
Resources include:
- an interactive quiz to test Responsible Service of Gaming knowledge
- a poster that can be displayed in staff areas highlighting key dos and don'ts for venue staff

Each month will focus on promoting different resources to use and share with venue staff, to help keep everyone informed, engaged, and most importantly, compliant with key obligations and requirements.
