Gaming venue operators wanting to better understand their regulatory obligations and ensure they and their staff are compliant are encouraged to contact the VGCCC to arrange an information session.
In December last year we spoke with staff from 16 eastern suburbs gaming venues at an information session hosted by Box Hill RSL. The session covered topics such as Responsible Gambling Codes of Conduct, gaming venue inspections and common breaches, with venue staff not only asking questions of VGCCC representatives but sharing with the group experiences and lessons learnt from their respective venues.
