The Department of Justice and Community Safety has advised that gaming taxes for November and December 2020, and January 2021 will be swept on Monday 8 February.
Gaming venues can find the tax amount they need to pay for November and December 2020 on the Monitoring System BOS portal. The January 2021 tax amount will be available at the end of this month.
Following a deferral by the Victorian Government to assist gaming venue operators during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, penalty interest charges will not be payable.
Monthly gaming machine tax sweeps will resume as normal following the February tax sweep.
More information about the postponed March 2020 tax payments will be provided shortly.
